Insights is putting renewed focus on accessibility to create an environment where the products we develop and the workshops we deliver with the help of our practitioners and partners are effective and impactful for everyone, no matter someone’s background or needs.

We’ve created some guidance around how we intend to approach this topic as an organisation that we hope will also help you champion accessibility in your business and delivery. You’ll find suggestions for better accommodating people with colour vision deficiency (colour-blindness), dyslexia, difficulty concentrating and much more.

Use the resources provided if practitioners or customers you’re in contact with are looking for help catering to someone’s needs, use them yourself if planning an upcoming Insights learning experience or recommend them to organisations or teams using Insights who may be doing anything from writing their own Insights adjacent learning content to developing digital experiences using learner data.
