His focus is simple: helping practitioners and organisations get real value from Insights, turning learning into action, and action into lasting impact. Ian works across the business to strengthen the link between product innovation and practitioner enablement, ensuring the global community is inspired, supported, and equipped to succeed.

With a background in member engagement and community-led growth, Ian brings a people-first, commercially focused approach to building meaningful relationships and driving long-term success.

A Day in the Life

Ian thrives in a role that’s varied, fast-paced, and centred on people. From shaping strategy with the Executive team to connecting with practitioners and partners around the world, his role sits right at the heart of the Insights ecosystem. Whether it’s evolving the customer experience, building community engagement, or unlocking new opportunities for growth, Ian is always focused on creating momentum and making things happen.

What energises him most is seeing the ripple effect, when practitioners take what they’ve learned and use it to make a genuine difference in their organisations.

Ian lives in Norfolk in the UK, where he enjoys being close to the coast and making the most of the outdoors.
